What is activated mentoring Vocations?
Activated Mentoring blends NDIS Mentoring with vocational training in a live café environment.
The Program fosters self-esteem, community engagement and independence skills generating a sense of belonging at at whatever pace is best for the client.
Our programs are customized to cater to the specific needs of participants, creating a nurturing atmosphere for their growth.
Our dedicated Cafe mentors support participants to reach their NDIS goals, with our participants engaging in various activities such as meal preparation, engagement as a part of a team, people skills and cash handling ....even barista training.
Activated Mentoring is now offered from a growing number of community-focussed cafes across Australia.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce Foundations: Roadmap — a powerful new program which value adds the time that mentor/support workers spend with their clients - supporting them actively to build stronger, more independent and joy-filled lives.

Across a series of sessions, Mentors and their Clients enjoy theme based activities and work together (with very soft hands) to reflect, dream, plan, and grow across the 8 life areas of the Wheel.
At completion, a personalised Roadmap Report is provided, outlining the client's current position across all 8 themes, and providing recommendations to support them to create a wholistic life of independence and fulfilment.
